Offer Rules
Surrey Casino's Offer Rules govern every bonus, free spin and promotion. Individual offers may add their own conditions, and where these differ from the rules, the offer's conditions take priority.
What rules apply to every offer?
Bonuses are optional extras, and their conditions must be met before bonus money becomes cash.
Bonus funds are kept in a balance separate from your cash, and you can withdraw them only once wagering has been completed. Any offer may be declined. All bonus play is also subject to our Terms of Service.
Who is eligible?
Offers are available only to verified Canadian players who are 19 or older, and only where local law permits.
- Your account must pass the checks set out on our Verification and AML page.
- Offers are unavailable while a self-exclusion or cooling-off break is active.
- Every offer requires a deposit of at least C$10. We do not run a no-deposit offer.
- The welcome offer is for new players only, once per person, and is not available in Ontario.
What counts as bonus abuse?
Using offers in ways they were not designed for voids the bonus and the winnings made from it.
- Registering multiple accounts to claim one offer more than once.
- Acting together with other players to clear wagering requirements.
- Betting patterns built to clear wagering with little risk, such as covering opposite outcomes.
- Depositing with a payment method that is not yours.
If we detect abuse, we cancel the bonus and any related winnings, and you may be barred from future Promotions.
What is the maximum bet allowed with bonus funds?
A stake cap can apply during wagering, and going over it can void the bonus.
Where an offer has a stake cap, the figure is listed in that offer's conditions on the Promotions page. Please check it before you place larger bets.
When do bonuses expire?
The welcome offer's wagering requirement has to be met within 7 days.
When wagering is not completed in time, any bonus funds left and winnings made from them are removed. Other Promotions set out their own time limits.
Is the amount I can convert into cash capped?
Certain offers place a cap on withdrawals from bonus winnings.
Where an offer has such a limit, the figure is shown in that offer's conditions on the Promotions page. The welcome offer conditions set out here are complete, and your account carries no maximum withdrawal limit.

How do I opt in?
Your account receives nothing you have not selected yourself.
To claim, pick the offer in the cashier while making a qualifying deposit, or activate it on the Promotions page. Read its conditions beforehand, since claiming an offer means you accept them.
Can two bonuses be active at once?
Each account may have just one bonus active at any given time.
Once your active bonus has been wagered, has expired or has been forfeited, a new offer becomes available.
How does wagering work and how do games count?
A 1x playthrough applies to bonus funds, and every game type contributes to it at a set rate.
A 1x playthrough means you stake the bonus amount once in eligible bets before it converts to cash. A C$300 bonus, for example, needs C$300 of slot stakes.

A bet on video poker counts for half its value, and Live Casino play does not count at all.
Can these rules change?
We may revise these rules, but changes never apply backwards to a bonus you already hold.
